Full-Time Secretary
A low-voltage company is seeking a reliable and professional Full-Time Secretary to manage front-office operations and provide administrative support for a growing service-based organization.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, manage emails, and handle incoming inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, service calls, and internal meetings.
- Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
Skills:

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

Requirements:
