Sales Admin

An established equipment leasing company is seeking a Sales Admin to serve as the central administrative hub for its Inside Sales team. This role is responsible for supporting all sales representatives, ensuring that every lease agreement, contract, and client file is handled accurately, efficiently, and on time. The Sales Office Manager plays a key role in keeping sales operations organized, compliant, and running smoothly.

The position requires a highly detail-oriented and organized professional who can manage multiple sales files at once while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This role directly supports revenue generation by making sure no paperwork, lease, or contract is ever delayed or mishandled.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main administrative and organizational support for all Inside Sales representatives.
  • Manage, track, and organize all lease agreements, contracts, and client documentation.
  • Review paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
  • Coordinate between sales reps, management, and clients to ensure smooth and timely processing of lease deals.
