Associate
A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You'll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.
Oversee daily and weekly checklists for the services team (Internal Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Office Boys).
· Record team attendance and track vacation schedules.
· Complete and update site audit sheets and dashboards.
· Monitor and manage uniforms and other needs of the services team.
· Follow up on assigned tasks for the services team and provide regular reports
1–3 years of experience in facilities management, administration, or services coordination.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
