Entry-Level Administrative Assistant
Yeled v’Yalda is seeking a reliable and organized Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Boro Park location. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, professional, and eager to grow within a mission-driven organization. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring efficient office workflow and providing support to staff and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Perform other clerical duties as needed to support operations
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
