Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator will play a key role in supporting CFTSS and related mental health services by coordinating intakes, managing client services, and ensuring smooth communication between families, providers, and internal teams. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client intakes and onboarding processes
- Manage scheduling and service coordination activities
- Communicate with clients, families, and service providers
- Track documentation and maintain accurate records
- Ensure timely follow up and case coordination
- Support day to day program operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in maintaining compliance with program requirements
