A children's mental health program is looking for a warm, organized Admissions & Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for families seeking care. You'll handle inquiry calls, build meaningful relationships with families, and ensure ongoing attendance and engagement — playing a direct role in connecting children to the support they need.

Key responsibilities include:

Admissions & Intake

• Handle incoming inquiry calls from families
• Guide families through the admissions process with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate records across an active family caseload

Family Relations

• Build and nurture ongoing relationships with enrolled families
• Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the care journey
• Address concerns and ensure families feel supported and informed

Attendance & Engagement

• Monitor and ensure consistent attendance among enrolled children
• Follow up proactively with families to maintain engagement with the program

Qualifications include:

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Experience in admissions, care coordination, or a related role preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a large family caseload
• Genuine passion for supporting children and families
