Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that our supply chain operates efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and sales analysis to optimize product availability while minimizing excess stock.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to align on demand planning strategies.
- Analyze sales data and inventory metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
Qualifications/Experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, must have the ability to organize and manipulate data using formulas, pivot tables etc.
- 3-5 years experience in wholesale products with key U.S. retailers.
- Proven experience in demand planning or a related field within supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with sales analysis techniques to inform forecasting decisions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
Ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI

Compensation pay range: $65-80k/year
