This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Brooklyn, NY, for the position of Co‑Founder. The Co‑Founder will be responsible for shaping and implementing the overall vision, strategy, and growth plans of Crosswind Gyms. This includes identifying and pursuing business opportunities, developing and overseeing marketing and sales strategies, fostering strong communication within the team, and building partnerships. The day‑to‑day tasks involve working collaboratively to drive the company's operations, conducting in‑depth research, and making analytical decisions to enhance business outcomes.
