The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing corporate conferences, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to ensure the success of this high-profile event.

• Plan, organize, and execute the Nex Gen Banking Summit – 4th Edition.
• Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, delegates, and vendors for smooth operations.
• Manage and complete 1:1 meetings with sponsors to maximize engagement and value.
• Handle venue selection, contract negotiations, and on-site management.
• Oversee event registrations, delegate experience, and post-event follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotions and branding.
• Ensure all activities comply with company standards and industry regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event management or conference production.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in event management platforms and CRM tools.
