An outsourced bookkeeping and CFO services firm is seeking a strong, full-time Bookkeeping & Communications Associate to join its office team. This role is ideal for someone assertive, strategic, and comfortable interacting directly with clients alongside leadership.
Responsibilities Include:- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for client accounts
- Perform financial analysis and support reporting needs
- Work directly with clients on financial and operational matters
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal teams
- Support the owner with client-facing and financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Strong bookkeeping and financial analysis skills
- High proficiency in Quick Books and Excel
- Confident, professional communication style
- Assertive and comfortable working independently
- Smart, ambitious, and detail-oriented
- Experience in an outsourced accounting environment is a plus
Salary: $80k - $100k/Year
