Client Account Manager
A collaborative organization is seeking a detail-oriented Client Account Manager to support partner schools while ensuring compliance with federal and state child nutrition program regulations. This role blends client-facing responsibilities with administrative and compliance-focused work.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing relationships with partner schools and acting as main point of contact
- Overseeing compliance documentation and regulatory requirements
- Performing data entry, analysis, and reporting
- Conducting compliance checks and regulatory research
- Responding to client inquiries and coordinating with internal teams
- Ensuring accuracy and organization across all administrative processes
Ideal
Qualifications:
- Prior office or client-facing experience
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with community norms a plus
