The Director of Intake will oversee the intake process and serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial communication through onboarding. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain organized records, and generate reports to support operational decision making.

The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. While home care experience is preferred, the company is open to talented individuals with strong leadership potential and a customer focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the intake department and related processes
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and families
• Communicate with clients and ensure a positive onboarding experience
• Run reports and monitor intake performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
• Support leadership with reporting and administrative functions
