Director of Client Services

Description We are looking for a Director of Client Services to lead partner relationships and help clients maximize the impact of their marketing investments in Brooklyn, New York. This role is ideal for someone who combines client-facing leadership with deep expertise in growth and performance marketing. You will guide strategic conversations, translate performance data into recommendations, and ensure each account is supported with a thoughtful, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

- Build trusted relationships with client marketing and growth leaders to align service delivery with business goals and long-term success.

- Evaluate partner performance metrics and key objectives, then create action plans that improve results and support account retention.

- Serve as a strategic consultant by uncovering growth opportunities and recommending solutions that increase value for each client.

- Coordinate cross-functional workflows to keep client initiatives on track, ensure consistent execution, and maintain high service standards.

- Lead recurring meetings with partners to review outcomes, address concerns, share updates, and identify new opportunities for improvement.

- Use reporting and performance insights to assess account health, surface challenges early, and refine the client experience.

- Partner with internal teams to represent client needs and advocate for enhancements that strengthen long-term satisfaction and measurable growth.

- Support campaign scaling and funnel improvement efforts across paid and organic marketing channels through data-informed recommendations. Requirements - Experience leading customer success, partner success, account management, or client services functions in a SaaS, Mar Tech, or similar environment.

- Strong background in marketing, with hands-on knowledge of growth strategy, acquisition channels, funnel performance, and campaign optimization.

- Proven ability to interpret data, identify meaningful trends, and communicate strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively across teams, departments, and diverse stakeholder groups.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

- Experience supporting clients or partners across different regions, time zones, and working styles.

- Background in digital marketing, performance marketing, or an agency environment is strongly preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and performance-driven SaaS solutions is a plus. Innovation starts with people.®
