Family Health Centers at NYU Langone, a designated Level 3 Medical Home, is the largest federally qualified health center network in New York State, and the second largest in the nation. Position SummaryWe have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Teacher - Brooklyn. In this role, the successful candidate assists Head Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons; works with a team to provide a stimulating environment and activities; encourages parent involvement; sets individual goals and records anecdotal observations for each child; keeps room clean; helps with toileting;
and performs other various classroom duties.
- Inspects children for signs of illness or injury upon arrival
