We're looking for a hands-on Superintendent to lead commercial interiors and retail projects across Manhattan and Brooklyn, driving jobs from start to finish. This is a great role for someone who enjoys being on site, running the show, and delivering clean, high-quality builds in fast-paced environments. Description Run day-to-day jobsite operations across commercial interiors and retail projects Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and trade coordination Ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard Conduct site inspections, manage punch lists, and maintain quality control Work closely with Project Managers to keep everything moving efficiently Profile A successful Superintendent should have:
