Senior Project Manager - Brooklyn, NY - Construction

We're seeking a polished, experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a high‑profile luxury residential project and help drive multiple projects to completion. Client Details Our Client is a rapidly expanding, mid‑sized developer and general contractor based in Brooklyn.

Description Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.

Monitor and report on project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process. Lead project teams and foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Implement best practices to optimize project efficiency and quality. Profile A successful Senior Project Manager should have: 5-10+ years of NYC construction project management experience. Strong background in ground‑up construction and/or luxury residential interiors.

Proven ability to manage $10M-$20M projects and step into projects midstream. Polished, professional communicator comfortable with high‑end clients.
