Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in project management. Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Worked on high end residential gut renovation projects in excess of $5M+. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards. A collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities. Job Offer Competitive salary range of $135,000 to $165,000, based on experience.
