We're looking for a driven Construction Superintendent to lead commercial interiors and retail fit-out projects across NYC, ensuring jobs are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards. Description Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial interiors and retail projects Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and site logistics Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards Conduct site inspections and oversee punch list completion Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve site issues Profile A successful Superintendent should have:
