Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will oversee residential interior construction projects, ensuring the successful execution of high-end finishes such as tile, millwork, and MEP systems. This role requires strong coordination and organizational skills to manage all aspects of construction in a timely and efficient manner. Description Construction Project Manager Manage residential interior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to oversee high-end finishes, including tile, millwork, and MEP systems. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and control costs to meet financial objectives.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly. Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress aligns with plans and specifications. Prepare and present project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
