- Brooklyn, NY you will:
Manage daily onsite activities for commercial interior construction projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and proactively identify potential delays Ensure all work is performed in compliance with project specifications and quality standards Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA regulations Conduct regular progress meetings with subcontractors and project stakeholders Review construction drawings and coordinate field execution with project teams Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce planning Resolve field issues efficiently to keep projects on track Work closely with Project Managers to achieve project milestones and client expectations Profile The successful Interiors Construction Superintendent
- Brooklyn, NY candidate will have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial interiors projects Experience delivering office fit-outs, tenant improvements, retail, hospitality, or healthcare interiors Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and interior finishes Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications Proven leadership and subcontractor management experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices OSHA 30 certification preferred Experience working in occupied buildings is a plus Job Offer Interiors Construction Superintendent
