- Brooklyn, NY Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project Maintain and manage all job site activities Be the Superintendent on a NYC public works projects for agencies like the OGS, DCAS, DASNY, NYC H+H Large scale elevator replacement project in occupied building 3+ year project Profile DOB Superintendent
- Brooklyn, NY 8+ years of Experience MUST HAVE ACTIVE DOB SUPERINTENDENT LICENSE NYC Public project experience $20 Million plus Experience working on Building and Construction projects for the following Agencies: DCAS (Department of Citywide Administrative Services), OGS, DDC, etc. Experience handling 100% of projects Local to New York, NY Must have experience building in New York City Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent degree Up to $200k DOB, SST 62 hr, OSHA Job Offer Strong Base Salary (up to $200k) Bonus Potential Health care (Employer paid) 401K PTO (3 weeks) Local or Commutable to Manhattan, NY
