We're seeking a DOB Licensed Superintendent to lead a major public construction project in Brooklyn, overseeing field operations on a high-profile expansion project. Description Lead all day-to-day site operations for a major public healthcare construction project Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, consultants, and project stakeholders Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NYC DOB regulations Maintain project schedules and drive key milestones Oversee quality control, inspections, and project documentation Manage site logistics, safety meetings, and regulatory compliance Work closely with Project Managers and ownership teams to ensure successful project delivery Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives Profile A successful DOB Superintendent should have:
Active NYC DOB Superintendent License required Proven experience on large-scale NYC public projects valued above $20M
