the Internship Program

Our Summer 2026 Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the creative, dynamic, and fast‑paced world of merchandise and packaging design. As an intern, you will collaborate with a global team of industry professionals and contribute to projects that shape the way brands tell their stories.

Our Internship Program is from June 2nd – August 6th in our Brooklyn, NY office, Monday through Thursday. Internships are available in Design, Development or Production.

What You’ll Experience
  • Contribute to the design, development, and execution of innovative solutions across multiple facets of the business, including merchandise, packaging, operations, and client strategies.
  • Gain hands‑on experience across a range of value‑added services, including sustainability practices, digital transformation, and innovative problem‑solving.
  • Learning processes and systems for end‑to‑end delivery of merchandise and packaging for brands.
  • Development and insights of Real‑world soft skills.
Who You Are
  • A rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Passionate about branding, design, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
  • Eager to learn, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
