Overview
A growing company dedicated to providing high-quality products and reliable service to healthcare providers and large institutional clients. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join their team and help support their continued growth. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating closely with inventory and operations. This role requires someone who takes ownership, thinks proactively, and ensures that clients receive exceptional service at every stage.
Responsibilities- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage and maintain relationships with large accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Track orders from placement through delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve service and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, or operations (medical supply experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver with a proactive, “owner mindset”
- Comfortable managing large accounts and high order volume
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / order management systems
- Takes full ownership of responsibilities
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Reliable, accountable, and solutions-oriented
- Works well independently and as part of a team

SalarySalary
