You will:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service—greet customers, tour units, and confidently close rentals
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with leads
  • Perform daily property walk-throughs and security lock checks
  • Keep the facility clean, organized, and customer-ready—inside and out
  • Handle light maintenance tasks (sweeping, painting, minor repairs)
  • Process rental agreements, payments, and customer accounts
  • Assist neighboring locations when needed
  • Work weekends as scheduled

You have:
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions-first mindset
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Willingness to perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Basic computer skills (email, Windows-based programs)
