This is more than a clinical role. The practice actively develops media, social content, and press around its doctors and will do the same for the right associate. You will have the opportunity to build your patient base, strengthen your professional reputation, and become part of a growing cosmetic dental brand.

Who We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of clinical experience following dental school
• Demonstrated experience performing cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, smile makeovers, and full-mouth rehabilitation
• Strong case planning experience and sound clinical judgment
• Comfortable treating demanding and high-profile patients with professionalism and discretion
• Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in press, social media, and other content
• Interested in actively participating in the practice's media and marketing efforts rather than simply tolerating them

Compensation

• $1,000 to $2,500 per day
• Compensation is based on a percentage of collections with a guaranteed daily floor
• Compensation structure is designed to provide protection while you build your patient base while rewarding strong production and collections
• CE budget and benefits will be discussed with serious candidates
