The Opportunity We’re looking for a skilled Architect with 5–8 years of professional experience to join our studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in all phases of a project—seamlessly shifting between design, documentation, and construction administration—while maintaining a high level of detail and creativity.
As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with senior staff, contributing to projects from concept through completion.
Responsibilities- Collaborate on all project phases, from design to construction
- Independently generate design concepts
- Develop construction document sets, including details and consultant coordination
- Translate conceptual ideas into refined, technical solutions
- Navigate building codes, zoning regulations, and jurisdictional processes
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct site visits and participate in construction administration
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge and refined design sensibility
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling/documentation tools
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Flexibility for working on multiple projects at various stages of design with the ability to self-manage time to complete tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Competitive salary: $70,000–$90,000 + bonuses
- 80 hours PTO + paid holidays
