Packaging Designer

Our client, an apparel manufacturing company, is seeking a Packaging Designer to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets across a variety of product categories.
• Create and prepare design files for production using industry-standard design software.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support projects from concept through final execution.
• Ensure designs align with established brand standards and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Revise and update creative materials based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.
• Maintain organized files, project documentation, and clear communication throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design tools.
• Experience in graphic, packaging, or product-related design.
• Strong understanding of layout, production processes, and file preparation.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while working independently when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with in consumer-facing industries is a plus.
