The LiRo Group is seeking a BIM Specialist to support multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will develop and manage 3D models, coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP data, and produce construction documents, clash reports, and visualizations. You'll collaborate with engineers and project managers, help implement BIM standards and best practices, and provide technical support and training to project teams.
At LiRo, you'll work in a collaborative, growth-focused environment on complex transportation, public, and private sector projects with clear paths for learning and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed BIM models for building and infrastructure projects using Revit and related tools
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to integrate multidisciplinary design data into cohesive models
- Produce construction documents, 3
- D visualizations, clash detection reports, and model-based quantity takeoffs
- Support project teams with model standards, templates, and BIM execution plans in line with Li
- Ro and client requirements
- Troubleshoot model issues, ensure data accuracy, and maintain version control and model organization
- Assist in implementing BIM best practices, workflows, and quality control procedures across project teams
- Provide BIM-related training and day-to-day technical support to project staff
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to exchange models and resolve design conflicts
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital delivery tools, content libraries, and automation scripts
- Document BIM processes and contribute feedback to enhance standards and project delivery efficiency
