Job Description Associate Design Director – Interiors Overview The Associate Design Director – Interiors will lead interior architecture projects, ensuring design excellence and operational success.

Collaborate with executive leadership to grow the studio and develop innovative design solutions.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity and technical expertise.

Engage in client presentations and business development efforts to strengthen relationships and expand opportunities.

Oversee studio operations, resource planning, and workflow improvements for optimal efficiency.

Associate Design Director – Interiors

Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead interior architecture projects from concept through construction, ensuring design quality and technical accuracy.

Associate Design Director – Interiors

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture is required.

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with 12 years preferred.

Experience leading hospitality, multifamily, luxury residential, or mixed-use projects.

NCIDQ certification or Registered Architect (RA) license is preferred.

Proficiency in Revit and strong BIM management experience is essential.

Proven ability to manage projects through all phases of design and construction.

Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and client management skills.
