- Incentive-based model
- Salary for GYN only is $250,000 base; if doing OB also the salary would be higher.
- Earning Potential is $350k
- Sign-On Bonus Negotiable - Benefits:

Full and part-time options are available.
- WFM to provide all the infrastructure to get your practice up and running, including office space & equipment, EMR, reception/administrative support, billing, staffing, and assistance in credentialing.
- Existing patient base at WFM will provide you with a strong foundation of patients in need of OBGYN care.
- Revenue sharing compensation model.
- Comfort with adolescent GYN care along with LGBTQ+ GYN care strongly preferred.
- OB component is optional (can do just GYN without OB)- This position is meant to be flexible with the provider controlling how much or how little they want to work; this will determine how much they earn.
- Affiliated with NY Presbyterian, (Doing in-hospital deliveries is up to the provider
- Deliveries are not required)
