Position Highlights:
- Compensation: $140+ per hour based on experience
- Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Setting:
Outpatient (no inpatient responsibility) - Care Model:
Value-based care - Patient Population:
Primarily geriatric, expanding to Internal Medicine (18+) - Patient Volume:
Manageable census of 7-10 patients per day - Spanish speaking required
- Potential Temp to Perm
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active New York State medical license or eligibility
- Medicare and Medicaid Provider
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
