About the Clinician's Workday  The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care through the Assertive Community Treatment model, delivering services directly in community settings including private residences, shelters, and public locations. Clinical duties include conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing medication management for adults requiring community-based mental health services. The clinician must maintain experience with community treatment programs and demonstrate competency in field-based psychiatric care delivery.

Documentation responsibilities include maintaining detailed patient records through EMR systems while ensuring compliance with community mental health protocols and treatment standards.
