About the Role:

Responsibilities:

* Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and families.

* Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the educational team.

* Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical, for easy access.

* Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

* Support the enrollment process by managing inquiries and maintaining student databases.

* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.

* Assist in organizing events and activities that enhance the learning experience.

* Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration is a plus.

* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly demeanor.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Experience in early childhood education settings is a plus but not required.

* Positive attitude and a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
