DescriptionEssential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist Youth Employment Program staff with recruitment, enrollment and placement into PBLs/Worksites.
- Maintain participant files with all necessary documents, such as: identifying documents, timesheets, evaluations, etc.
- Call and/or email parents/participants to follow up on absenteeism and/or to collect necessary documents.
- Document all face-to-face and telephone conversations with participants and/or parents.
- Assist participants with any questions or concerns.
- Provide overall support and assistance to staff.
- Assist with any program activity deemed necessary by the Program Director.
Competencies
- Detail oriented
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Must be able to meet set deadlines
- Willing to go above and beyond program mandates for the benefit of the program participants
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office a plus
Education Experience
- High School/GED diploma.
