  • Lead social media strategy and execution for recruitment purposes: plan and manage content calendar aligned to enrollment cycle, create or coordinate creation of posts highlighting school programs, student experience, and events, monitor engagement and adjust strategy to increase reach and conversions
  • Track and analyze marketing performance: cost per lead, conversion rates by channel, ROI on campaigns
  • Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategy based on data.

Community Outreach & Partnerships

  • Build and sustain relationships with: middle schools and feeder schools, community-based organizations, local leaders and neighborhood partners
  • Represent Northside at recruitment events, fairs, and community engagements
  • Lead the planning and execution of open houses, tours, and information sessions

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, student services, academic leadership) to ensure seamless onboarding of new students
  • Leverage shared staff and school resources to support recruitment efforts
  • Align enrollment strategy with academic programming, including specialized pathways

Data & Systems Management

  • Manage enrollment systems and student data platforms
  • Analyze trends and generate insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting models for enrollment planning
