Training Specialist Opportunity

The Learning Estate by Nawy is opening an internal pathway for aspiring Training Specialists. For those who are curious, people-oriented, and eager to turn learning into impact.

As a Training Specialist, you'll spend 70% of your time mastering how to deliver powerful, interactive learning experiences across real estate, soft skills, and business skills programs. Over time, you'll expand into learning design (30%), co-creating content and tools that shape the future of how real estate is taught at Nawy.

We're not recruiting for experience although that's a plus. We're looking for potential, attitude and character skills: curiosity, adaptability, resilience, and growth mindset.

Previous training or facilitation experience is a plus but not required.

And this is what you will do:

• Deliver high-energy, interactive learning sessions across real estate technical, soft skills, and business skills programs.
• Co-facilitate experiential workshops, simulations, and role plays.
• Support content development, feedback collection, and continuous program improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external senior trainers, designers, business stakeholders and leaders, real estate and learning subject matter experts.
