Job Responsibilities- Organize and welcome children and parents
- Implement activities
- Ensure the well-being of children
- Accompany children during meals
- Assist the teacher of classes and kindergarten
- Welcome a group of children, young people
- Design, propose, and implement animation and leisure activities within the educational project of the service or facility
- Technical activities:
- Animation of activities and accompaniment of the audiences welcomed
- KNOW-HOW:
- Analyze the needs and characteristics of the audiences welcomed
- Animation of activities and accompaniment of the audiences welcomed
- Supervise leisure activities and adapt them to different audiences
- Design sessions by adapting animation supports in line with the pedagogical project
- Plan animation times respecting the rhythms of the audiences
- Be attentive and know how to dialogue with the public
- Impart and animate the group dynamic
- Sensitize children and young people to the respect of the environment
- KNOWLEDGE:
- Pedagogical knowledge related to the audience
- Methodology for constructing a cycle of activities
- Material and technical conditions of projects and activities
- Child's rhythm
- Awakening, sports, cultural, artistic activities
- Animation and supervision techniques

Art. L332-8 disposition 3 or 4 of the general code of public service - A contractual employee can be recruited on this position because it is a position in a small community. The proposed contract cannot exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
