What You'll Be Doing- Leading structural design for a variety of ground‑up commercial and residential buildings
- Overseeing project delivery from concept through construction
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients
- Conducting site visits, inspections, and resolving field‑related engineering challenges
- Helping shape internal standards, workflows, and best practices as the firm scales
- PE license in New York - essential
- Minimum 7 years of structural design experience in building projects
- Strong background in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood design
- Experience with NYC codes, DOB processes, and borough‑specific requirements
