We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

• Control and organize the NI supervisors.
• Plan and distribute the work inside the group according to the Gants.
• Verify that the tools and the documents are available.
• Supervise the execution of works, materials, tools and documents.
• Supervise and to control the tasks of erection of the new tools & documents and modernizations
• Guarantee that the site is ready as it has been requested prior to installation.
• Implement installation methods release by the Group
• Handover the elevators/escalators on time and properly.
• Make the erection of elevators/escalators using the Schindler methods of installation.
• Follow up/apply the Schindler acceptance inspection standards (SA's)
• Guarantee that the targets of yield are achieved (activity).
• Review, control & approve all concerns related to workers under his/her supervision " i.e time sheet, expenses, leaves, ..etc".
• Leading the execution of NI & MOD contracts after down payment and to coordinate the collection of related payments including follow-up actions.
• Compliance with safety guidelines in accordance to Schindler ONs.

Top qualifications Engineering Mechanical, Electrical.

Specific Training and

Qualification:

Computer science at advanced level Advanced English Customer orientation Knowledge components elevator. Knowledge of management & organization. Leadership skills

Experience

Required:

5+ years being employed at the sector in Elevators Industry.
