Job Requirements:

• Exceptional Foundation:
  Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven Expertise: 3-1 years of hands-on experience in a technical office or construction engineering role, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project involvement.
• Mastery of Tools:
  Proficient in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, and Architectural Engineering principles. Advanced skills in Cost Estimation, Project Estimation, and Pricing are crucial.
• Technical Acumen:
  Extensive experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and comprehensive knowledge of Technical Office procedures.
• Field Savvy:
  Practical experience in the Construction Field, understanding on-site challenges and solutions.
• Analytical Mindset:
  Strong capabilities in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management.
• Problem Solver:
  Demonstrated ability in Problem-solving and making sound technical decisions under pressure.
