Internship Opportunity

As part of the internship program, you'll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your leadership and communication skills and learn the GE Vernova way within your assigned function. This internship for Grid Automation & Software offers hands-on experience with the GA&S technologies, products, solutions, services, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on enhancing existing Grid Automation & Software solutions and developing new, commercially viable features.
• Solve real-world industry and customer challenges using a mix of electrical engineering principles, physics, and AI/ML techniques.
• Contribute to pilot projects and initiatives that shape the future of grid technology.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, or a master's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, with a thesis focus on Electrical Power Systems, Protection, and Control.
• Minimum cumulative or in-major 3.0/4.0 GPA.
• Must be willing to work in office as well sites.
• Must commit to working full time (40 hrs./wk.) during the internship in summer.
