Requirements:

• Languages:
  
  A medium level of English and/or French is required. Other languages will be positively valued.
• Ability to work in a team, accustomed to working under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Flexible schedule: the position requires working weekends and holidays.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Main functions:

• Customer service by email, phone and in person, related to schedules, rates, necessary travel documentation, products, etc.
• Ticket sales, reservation management, printing of boarding passes, verification of travel documents (residency bonuses, large families, etc.).
• Management of files, lists and all necessary documentation to present or send to the different involved authorities.
• Embarkation and disembarkation of vehicles and passengers.
