Business Analyst

Maimonides currently seeks a Business Analyst to be responsible for assisting in the development and oversight of all financial aspects and the budgets for all facilities and departments managed therein.

In this role, you will:

• Develop financial reports and analytics to track cost-saving initiatives and budgetary performance.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, including vendor reconciliations.
• Maintain professional service standards and adhere to all institutional compliance and conflict-of-interest policies.
• Manage and processing of Requisition s
• Work directly with AVP to generate and maintain budgets for the department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 2 years' related accounting or finance work experience: financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, requisitioning and purchasing, working knowledge of construction operations and facilities operations.
• Familiarity with Peoplesoft Finance and GHX database Preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
• Ability to supervise, train, evaluate, and provide guidance to all divisional finance staff.
• Must be able to stay on task/task oriented with attention to detail

Pay Range: USD $68,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
