Controller - CHHA
Located in Brooklyn, NY
Competetive salary ($100K range) based on experience
Qualifications:- Must have experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller
- Must have strong financial background in home health care
- Must have working knowledge of HCHB and HHA Exchange
- Knowledgeable in billing and Medicare and pay sources
- Ability to assist with all aspects of finance for the facilities
- Strong grasp of generally accepted accounting principles and concepts
- Proficient in Excel
- Advanced computer skills; computer knowledge and ability with aptitude to learn applicable software
- Oversee finances and billing for three companies
- Cash management
- Ensure the accuracy of an organization's financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
- Protect businesses against unintentional over payment
- Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
