Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

- Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate operations into financial insight
- Deliver clear variance analysis, trend insights, and leadership-ready narratives
- Support ad hoc analysis for executives, board materials, and strategic initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, consulting, banking, PE/VC, or high-growth CPG
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced financial modeling skills with practical, decision-driven outputs
- Strong experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
- Expert-level Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
