Key Responsibilities for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:
- Own and enhance financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
- Build and evolve KPI dashboards across revenue, margin, channels, and operations
- Develop original financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business activity into actionable insights
- Deliver clear variance analysis, trends, and leadership-ready financial narratives
- Support executive and board-level materials with high-impact analysis
Qualifications for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:
- 5+ years of FP&A, consulting, banking, or high-growth industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong financial modeling experience with tools you’ve built yourself
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Proven experience presenting insights to senior leadership
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
