As an Alternative Investments Support Specialist within the Trading Services team at JPMorgan

Chase, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Investor community by servicing our diverse suite of alternative investments, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and real estate funds. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Structuring, Investor Relations, Client Service, and Due Diligence, as well as engage with a wide array of external hedge/private equity funds and their administrators.

Job responsibilities

Develop expertise in a designated set of alternative investments.

Provide comprehensive support to the Investor community for JPMorgan’s alternative investment products.

Cultivate and manage relationships with hedge/private equity funds and fund administrators.

Oversee the instruction of subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers to hedge fund administrators.

Facilitate capital calls and distributions for private equity funds.

Process and book alternative investment transactions.

Assist in the pricing and reconciliation of hedge/private equity fund positions.

Generate ad-hoc reports for senior management.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree.

Strong understanding of sophisticated financial products.

Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Team player capable of succeeding in a dynamic “trading desk” environment.
