Salary: $80k - $130k

A medical supplies company is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Manager to oversee and optimize its insurance billing operations. This full-time, on-site leadership role is responsible for managing the billing team, ensuring accurate multi-payer billing, and driving timely reimbursement.

• Oversee submission, tracking, and follow-up of insurance claims across multiple payers
• Manage denial resolution and ensure timely reimbursement
• Supervise, train, and support the billing and accounts receivable team
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and workflow inefficiencies
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and internal policies
• Monitor KPIs, AR aging, and department performance metrics
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and collections

• Proven medical billing experience, DME experience a plus
• Experience billing multiple insurance carriers
• Strong understanding of insurance claims, denial management, and AR workflows
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
