Qualifications:
- Have valid (HHA) Home Health Aide OR (PCA) Personal Care Aide Certificate
- Current Photo & Social Security card
- Drug screen (last 6 months)
- Complete physical (within the last 6mo)
- 2 reference letters (Personal or Professional)
HHA / PCA Responsibilities:
Assists patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Social Interaction
Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist.
